Some items aren't available for exchange: Decals, Magnets, Koozies, Key Chains, Race Used Items, Diecasts & Sale Items.
We will be happy to exchange sizes on apparel if needed as long as we are notified within 14 days of arrival & the size you need is in stock. Send us an email at ShopJAMerch@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider adding tracking &/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
